Return Policy:

1. If the product arrives damaged or broken due to the shipping company: The customer must directly contact the shipping company to request compensation for the damage based on the level of harm caused.

2. If the return is due to an error made by the customer: Requests for returns will not be accepted, as each product is custom-made based on the customer’s specifications. Accepting such returns would result in financial loss for the store.

3. If the return is due to a mistake by the store, a product issue, or a manufacturing defect:

A. For issues reported within 3 days of receiving the order via phone, email ([email protected]), or through social media:

  • The store will cover the shipping costs originally paid to deliver the item to the customer.
  • The store will also bear the costs of shipping the item back.
  • A full refund will be processed via bank transfer within 14 days of approving the return request.

B. If the issue is reported after 3 days of receiving the order (subject to the store’s approval):

  • The customer will be responsible for the initial shipping costs paid at the time of receiving the product.
  • The store will cover the return shipping costs.
  • A full refund will be issued via bank transfer within 14 days after the return is approved
